Tuscan Butter Salmon

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon, then fry in oil in a skillet until nicely browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Saute the garlic in the butter until fragrant, then add the spinach to wilt. Stir in the cream and the cheese, and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened. Season to taste.
  3. Plate and sauce the salmon, then serve.
